About introduction of amendments to the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 03.03.2000 No. 433
According to the Law of Ukraine of 22.12.2010 No. 2850-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather authorized capital", the Law of Ukraine of 07.04.2011 No. 3205-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning cancellation of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and the physical person - the entrepreneur" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 03.03.2000 No. 433 "About approval of the List of documents which go to Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine initiators of creation of economic societies, including the companies with foreign investments to which authorized funds the property, property rights and other assets which are state-owned property", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.03.2000 for No. 196/4417, such changes is contributed:
1.1. In the title of the word "authorized funds" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".
1.2. In preamble:
words of "the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About property management, available in nation-wide property" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On management of objects of state-owned property";
the words "authorized funds" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".
1.3. In Item 1 of the word "Department of the Interstate Property Relations and Property Abroad" shall be replaced with words "Department of investment projects and cross-border assets".
1.4. In Item 2 of the word "authorized funds" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".
