About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 114

According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", articles 7 and 59 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of systematization of requirements concerning forming of reserves for credit operations of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 114 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.06.2011 for No. 724/19462, the following changes:

1.1. In Item 2 after the words "entries into force" of the word of "this resolution" shall be replaced with words "this paragraph".

1.2. Add after Item 6 with new Item 7 of the following content:

"7. The bank applies provision of the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 7.1.2 of Item 7.1 of Chapter 7 of the Provision No. 279 in edition of this resolution from 02.01.2012".

With respect thereto to consider Item 7 Item 8.

2. To department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission structural подразделенй central office, territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine, and also banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the director of General department of banking supervision Tkachenko O. O. and chiefs of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine.
