About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 17, 2004 "About militia" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 352; 2006, No. 3, Art. 148; 2007, No. 7, Art. 663; 2008, No. 6, Art. 450; 2009, No. 12, Art. 820) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 13:

- add with part six of the following content:

"Police officers, military personnel and other persons involved for accomplishment of tasks of militia on fight against crime for drawing to person of moral, material and physical damage, are not brought to trial according to the penal legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan if they use physical force, special means and firearms according to the provisions provided by this Law.".

2. In Article 14:
