About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About personal subsidiary farm"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 8, 2003 "About personal subsidiary farm" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 12, Art. 675; 2006, No. 7, Art. 349) following changes and amendments:
1. Regarding 1 Article 5 of the word of "local government body" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and after the word "corresponding" to add with words "local executive".
2. In paragraph seven of Article 9 and the text of Article 15 to exclude the word "local" and after the word of "self-government" to add with words of "settlements and villages".
3. In paragraph four of Article 10 of the word "in initial professional, average professional and higher educational institution" shall be replaced with words "in educational institutions initial, average, higher education, professional education after educational institution".
4. In Article 17:
- regarding 1 word "body" shall be replaced with words "local executive bodies";
- state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. In case of the termination of the rights to use the parcel of land based on the judgment or the resolution of local executive body of the government, they shall send such decision or the resolution to self-government institutions of settlements and villages in the location of personal subsidiary farm.".
5. State Article 19 in the following edition:
"Article 19. Responsibility for violation of this Law
Physical persons and legal entities are made for violation of this Law responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
