About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of foreign trade activity by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178 "About procedure for carrying out and control of the foreign trade transactions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 80, 1/9574; 2009, No. 53, 1/10496) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in subitem 1.1:

in paragraph four of the word "customs clearance" shall be replaced with words "making of customs transactions";

to add the paragraph of the seventh after the word "transactions" with the words "(in cases when signing of the specified documents is not provided,-the date determined by National Bank)";

the thirteenth and fourteenth to add paragraphs with the words ", and also their branches and representations which are in the Republic of Belarus and beyond its limits";

the seventeenth and twenty fourth to exclude paragraphs;
