About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" concerning carrying out electronic registration

 The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, N 31-32, Art. 263; 2005, N 16, Art. 257, Art. 259; 2006, N 27, Art. 234, N 37, Art. 310; 2009, N 19, Art. 263; 2010, N 8, Art. 51, N 18, Art. 140, N 29, Art. 392, N 37, Art. 498; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 7, 2010 N 2453-VI and of July 8, 2010 N 2464-VI) such changes:

1. In paragraph eight of part one of Article 1 of the word "computer files" shall be replaced with words "electronic documents".

2. To add article 6 part one after the paragraph of the twelfth with the new paragraph of such content:

"performs accounting received by it from the applicant of the electronic document and directs to the applicant confirmation of the fact of receipt of the electronic document, carries out necessary registration actions in the cases provided by this Law and sends to the applicant the relevant document in the form of the electronic document and on paper. In case of availability of the basis for refusal in carrying out state registration the corresponding message electronically is sent to the applicant".
