Bring in Regulations on Russian President's Council for the Financial Market Development of the Russian Federation and in structure of this Council, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 17, 2008 N 1489 "About Russian President's Council for the Financial Market Development of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 42, Art. 4789; N 49, of Art. 5769; 2009, N 40, Art. 4680; 2010, N 2, Art. 130; N 20, of the Art. 2438), following changes:

a) to state Item 10 of the Provision in the following edition:

"10. Control of execution of decisions of Council is exercised by Russian President's Control Directorate in case of holding meetings of Council by the President of the Russian Federation. Control of execution of other decisions of Council is exercised by the secretary of Council.";

b) as a part of Council:
