About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Part (Article 263 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Implementation of activities based on the barrister's license, the notary, the bailiff, mediator or based on the entrepreneurial patent without registration as the payer of fees of compulsory national social insurance within 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the right to implementation of certain activities
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 25 to 50 conventional units and on officials in the amount of 50 to 100 conventional units.".
2. State Article 294 in the following edition:
"Article 294. Abuse of regulations of submission of declarations on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance and use of personal codes of social insurance
(1) Non-presentation of declarations on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance or declarations on inundated accounting of insured persons, and also documents concerning conducting individual accounting is attracted at the scheduled time by imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 15 to 50 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 50 to 100 conventional units.
(2) Use of others or not authentic personal code of social insurance, and the non-inclusion of personal code of social insurance in the declaration on inundated accounting of insured persons is equal attract imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 20 to 40 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 100 to 200 conventional units.".
3. Add the code with Article of 2941 following contents:
"Article 2941. Violation of regulations of calculation and payment of fees of compulsory national social insurance
