About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the taxation of the goods intended for preparation and carrying out in Ukraine to final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Code of Ukraine of 13.03.2012 No. 4495-VI

2. In the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. N№13-17, 112):

Item 19 of subsection 2 (in edition of the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2011 No. 3292 - VI) to add 1) with paragraphs of such content:

"Temporarily, till September 1, 2012, are exempted from the taxation by the transaction value added tax on import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods determined by regulations of the Item "shch-3" of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff".

Amounts and procedure for import of such goods affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In case of violation of target use of such goods or their alienation on customs area of Ukraine penal (financial) sanctions according to requirements of the law are applied to taxpayers";
