1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 7, 2004 No. 739 the following amendment:

- add the Regulations on check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution, Item 8.5 of the following content:

"8.5. If the check point is on balance of the state regulatory authority, then administration of the check point is this state regulatory authority. In this case functions of administration of the check point can be assigned as to the head of the state regulatory authority on the check point, and on other authorized officer or structural division of this state regulatory authority.".
