1. Make change to the list of objects of the right of state-owned property, not privatizeable, approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the list of objects of the right of state-owned property, not privatizeable" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 37, of Art. 332 with subsequent changes), according to appendix.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
