About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1301 and No. 1317

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1301 "About approval of the Procedure for providing disabled people and handicapped children with technical and other means" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 94, the Art. 3210) and No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2010, No. 65, the Art. 2266) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 20, 2011 No. 762
1. In the text of the Procedure for the providing disabled people and handicapped children with technical and other means approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1301, of the word of "homeless citizens" shall be replaced with words "homeless persons".
2. In approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317:
1) in Regulations on medico-social examination:
in paragraph one of Item 15 of the word "in the place of temporary residence in institutions of social protection for homeless citizens" shall be replaced with words "in the place of their accommodation or the place of stay in institutions of social protection for homeless persons";
in the first offer of paragraph one of Item 23 of the word of "homeless citizens" shall be replaced with words "homeless persons";
