About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power industry"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic (the Erkin Too newspaper of February 12, 1997 No. 8) the following amendments and changes:
1. Add Article 2 with paragraphs the fifth and sixth the following content:
"Large electrical power production capacities - hydroelectric power stations, thermal power plants capacity over 30 MW.
The high-level power network - the power network intended for transfer of electrical energy from the producer to Items of connection of local (local) networks.".
2. State Article 9 in the following edition:
"Article 9. New production capacities
The construction of large electrical power production capacities is made according to the National energy program or the separate order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. State Article 19 in the following edition:
"Article 19. Announcement of carrying out the tender
Competent state bodies declare carrying out the tender for construction of power stations, except for large electrical power production capacities and sites of the high-level power network.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
