The State Parties of this agreement which are referred to as further Contracting Parties
based on the Agreement on creation of Economic union of September 24, 1993 and in development of the Agreement on procedure for the dispute resolution, connected with implementation of economic activity of March 20, 1992,
recognizing need for interests of development of economic cooperation to provide collateral order of resolution of economic disputes between the subjects of managing which are in the territory of Contracting Parties and also free execution of decisions of competent court of one Contracting Party in the territory of other Contracting Party,
agreed as follows:
This agreement determines procedure for mutual execution of the decisions of Arbitration, economical Courts of Contracting Parties which took legal effect by cases subordinated to them mentioning economic disputes.
The procedure for mutual execution of judgments in the cases which are not covered by this agreement and the Agreement on procedure for the dispute resolution, connected with implementation economic, activities and also is determined by the Convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases of January 22, 1993 by other categories of legal cases.
Competent court which decision is subject to execution in the territory of other Contracting Party the court of the Contracting Party which has the right to consider disputes according to provisions of article 4 of the Agreement on procedure for the dispute resolution, connected with implementation of economic activity is recognized.
The decision of competent court of one Contracting Party which took legal effect is performed in the territory of other Contracting Party in indisputable procedure.
