1. The fifth Item 2 of the Section III of Rules of hearing of cases on violation of requirements of the legislation in the security market and applications of the sanctions approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 11.12.2007 No. 2272, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.02.2008 for No. 120/14811, to state the paragraph in such edition:
"in case of the termination for date of consideration of the case about offense of the terms provided by the law;".
2. To provide to legal department (I. Martynenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (N. Piskun) to provide to management on ensuring activities of the Commission chairman, the organization of work of commission sessions and international backgrounds publication of this decision according to the legislation.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
