According to the subitem 10 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 452, and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of charge of the losses caused to the state as a result of violation of the law about protection and rational use of water resources I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state as a result of violation of the law about protection and rational use of water resources, approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of 20.07.2009 No. 389, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.08.2009 for No. 767/16783, which are applied.
2. To provide to the state ecological inspection of Ukraine (there Lived P.B.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Mormul D. D.
