Bring in the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2004 No. 18 "About some questions of application by courts of the legislation on administrative offenses" (with changes of January 16, 2006, of July 16, 2007, and of December 22, 2008) the following changes and amendments:

"the materials which do not have strength of evidence" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word "materials not having strength of evidence";

2) in the paragraph the second Item 2 after the words "private notaries" to add with the words "private legal executives";

"Application according to part two of the article 46 Administrative Code of administrative expulsion out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan of foreigners or stateless persons as additional administrative punishment on part three of Article 391-1, of part two of the article 394 Administrative Code is allowed only along with the main administrative punishment in the form of administrative detention.";
