About modification of the Special procedure of actions for financial improvement of banks

According to the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of activities of banks" of 15.02.2011 No. 3024, for the purpose of creation of proper conditions for financial improvement of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Bring in the Special procedure of actions for financial improvement of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 01.12.2008 No. 405, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.12.2008 for No. 1210/15901, with changes, such changes:

1.1. In the Section III:

in Chapter 1:

in Item 1.1:

in paragraph one of the word "which is established by the legislation for receipt of permission to acquisition or increase in essential participation in bank" shall be replaced with words also in figures "according to requirements of article 34 of the Law on banks for review acquisitions/increases in essential participation";

exclude paragraph two.

With respect thereto paragraphs the third, fourth to consider respectively paragraphs second, third;

to replace paragraphs of the first and second of Item 1.9 with the new paragraph of such content:

"The bank shall within a month after acceptance by general meeting of shareholders (participants) of the decision concerning approval of results of increase in the authorized capital submit to National Bank the documents specified in the normative legal act of National Bank regulating question of registration and licensing of banks (further - Regulations on registration and licensing of banks)".
