About modification of Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 N 9 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 5, by Art. 653; 2008, N 14, Art. 1412; N 49, of Art. 5841; 2009, N 46, Art. 5503).

Changes which are made to Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation

1. Add Item 12 with the paragraph of the following content:

"For registration at the place of residence in the Russian Federation of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are participants of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation compatriots, living abroad, and also members of their families which jointly moved on the permanent residence to the Russian Federation, the state fee is not paid.".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 20 of the word "3 working days" shall be replaced with words "7 working days".

3. Add with Item 20.1 of the following content:
