About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning service centers of the population

2-9. The principle of "one window" – the form of provision of the state services providing minimization of participation of applicants (physical and (or) legal entities) in collection and preparation of documents and restriction of their direct contact with subjects of rendering the state services.

2-10. Socially important service – the state service aimed at providing the social and economic rights of physical and (or) legal entities.

The list and criteria of socially important services are established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
