About some questions of import of greenhouses, polyethylene and aluminum foil on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. To the ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform issue of licenses in the form approved by the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009:

1) on import of greenhouses (the FEACN CU codes 9406 00 310 0 and 9406 00 800 9) - by provision of the additional documents confirming their target use according to appendix to this resolution;

2) on polyethylene import (the FEACN CU code 3901 20 900 0) and aluminum foil (the FEACN CU code 7607 20 100 0) - in the presence in the contract of regulation on target use of imported goods.

2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform in accordance with the established procedure customs declaring and collection of customs duties from import of greenhouses (the FEACN CU codes 9406 00 310 0 and 9406 00 800 9), polyethylene (the FEACN CU code 3901 20 900 0) and aluminum foil (the FEACN CU code 7607 20 100 0) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the rates of transition period according to appendix 5 to the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130;

2) without licenses granted by the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the rates of import customs duties specified in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union.
