The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve by way of exception the State university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan import to the country of medical devices (according to appendix) with exemption of import payments, without the right of alienation and application in other purposes.
