About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 25 to 75 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 50 to 100 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 100 to 500 conventional units.
(2) Hindrance of legal activities of representatives of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities by non-presentation of information, necessary for control, monitoring procedure non-admission, and is equal non-execution of instructions or non-compliance with conditions and the limits set by permission to nuclear and radiological activities
attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 to 75 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 75 to 100 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 150 to 500 conventional units.
(3) the Assumption to nuclear and radiological activities of the persons which do not have the corresponding preparation or who do not have the admission rights valid for accomplishment of such works
attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 75 to 100 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 100 to 300 conventional units.
(4) Use of the nuclear and radiological installations which did not undergo metrological checking according to regulations
