About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on police No. 416-XII of December 18, 1990 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 17-19, of the Art. 56), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. 19) of Article 12 to state Item in the following edition:

"19) to check observance by foreigners of rules of stay in the Republic of Moldova;".
