For the purpose of regulation of the legal relations between the operator of transportation network and system, operators of distribution network and final consumers concerning service quality on transfer and electricity distribution, according to requirements of Art. 44 of the Law on the electric power No. 124-XVIII of December 23, 2009 (it is reissued: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 127-133, the Art. 311) DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve "Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution" it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National Agency on regulation in power No. 292 of June 23, 2008 "About approval of the Regulations on service quality on distribution and electrical supply" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, No. 134-137, the Art. 384) registered in the Ministry of Justice for No. 584 of June 21, 2008.

3. To impose control over implementation of the approved Provision on department of monitoring of service quality.
