About features of lease of the objects of fuel and energy complex which are in state-owned property

Section I General provisions

Article 1. Objects of fuel and energy complex

1. For the purposes of this Law the term "objects of fuel and energy complex" is used in the following value - complete property complexes or systems of complete property complexes of the companies, their structural divisions (branches, workshops, sites) which provide (are intended) and sufficient for implementation of economic activity in the field of production of coal and lignite (brown coal), its conversion.

2. The list of the property which is part of object of fuel and energy complex which is in state-owned property (further - object of fuel and energy complex) and is leased determined by the relevant agreement.

Article 2. Coverage of this Law

1. No. 155-IX is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 03.10.2019.

2. The relations on transfer to lease of objects of fuel and energy complex which are not settled by this Law are regulated Civil, Economic, Land by codes of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property", other legal acts.

Article 3. Body, authorized to make the decision concerning feasibility of transfer of objects of fuel and energy complex to lease

1. The decision concerning feasibility of transfer of objects of fuel and energy complex to lease is made by authorized body of management - the central executive body which realizes state policy in fuel and energy complex (the authorized body of management is farther).
