1. Bring in the Technology of exchange of documents in electronic form using the digital signature for calculations for the assessed and paid insurance premiums in system of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation approved by the Order of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation of 12.02.2010 N 19 (with the changes made by Orders of Fund of 06.04.2010 of N 57, of 24.09.2010 N 195 and of 21.03.2011 N 53), change according to appendix.
2. To department of the office of the chairman of Fund (V. N. Dubrovsky) to post this Order on the website of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation within 2 days from the date of its signing.
3. I reserve control of execution of this Order.

1. In Item 2.9 of Technology of the word" (diskette, compact disk (CD, the DVD), the USB flash drive, etc.)" shall be replaced with words "(diskette, compact disk (CD-RW, DVD-RW), the USB flash drive)";

Calendar year registers in the GGGG format. The accounting period registers as follows: "03" - for calculation for the I quarter, "06" - in half-year, "09" - in 9 months, "12" - in year. For example, the ciphered file of calculation of the insurer with number of insurer 0112345678 for the I quarter 2011 shall be called 0112345678_2011_03.ef 4, and for 2011 - 0112345678_2011_12.ef4.".
