About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590

1. Bring in the Rules of consumer services of consumers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 1, 5/15304; 2009, No. 186, 5/30247; 2010, No. 238, 5/32573; 2011, No. 80, 5/34122), following changes:

1.1. the paragraph one of part one of Item 11 to state in the following edition:

"11. The order is drawn up by the contractor in writing by creation of one document (further - the document confirming the order) which shall contain:";

1.2. in Item 941:

in part one:

in paragraphs second and third shall be replaced with words the words "from the moment of issue of the motorized vehicle to the consumer" "from the date of acceptance of the motorized vehicle by the consumer depending on what of these moments will come earlier";

in paragraphs four and the fifth words of "issue of the motorized vehicle to the consumer" shall be replaced with words "acceptance of the motorized vehicle by the consumer";

in paragraph three of part three, word part five of "issue of the motorized vehicle to the consumer" shall be replaced with words "acceptance of the motorized vehicle by the consumer".
