Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 1-2, of Art. 28; 1994, No. 10, Art. 250; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 42, Art. 1551; 2004, No. 43, Art. 2840; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1655, No. 50, Art. 3313; 2010, No. 67, the Art. 2411), having added with its Item 2-2 of such content:
"2-2. Provide to the Kiev city public administration representation on state registration of regulatory legal acts which affect the rights freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens or have interdepartmental nature, published by it as local executive body and as executive body of the Kiev city council".
