About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities

According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine", for the purpose of optimization of the procedure of issue to subjects of managing of certificates of subjects of estimative activities I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 14.03.2002 No. 479, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.03.2002 for No. 312/6600, such changes:

third Item 1 of the Section II to state the paragraph in such edition:

"the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel (for physical persons) and excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs (for legal entities)";

to state item 4 of the Section II in such edition:

"4. In excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the physical litspredprinimatel issued to subject of managing which initiates receipt of the certificate the type of activity connected with property assessment shall be specified.

If the excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, issued to the subject of managing, contains types of activity which according to the legislation are exclusive and are performed based on licenses, the subject of managing submits to Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine information on availability (absence) at it licenses for implementation of such activities certified by the signature of the head and seal".

2. To provide to the head of Department of estimative activities in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
