339.1.4. violation of the rules established by the legislation in case of employment;

339.1.5. non-compliance with the procedure for movement and the choice of the residence established by the legislation;

339.1.6. evasion from departure after the expiration of the stay term established by the legislation;

339.1.7. non-compliance with rules of transit through the territory of the Azerbaijani Republic - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three hundred to four hundred manats with expulsion of foreigners or stateless persons out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic administratively or without that.

339.2. Rejection of measures for ensuring timely departure in accordance with the established procedure foreigners or stateless persons from the territory of the country after the expiration of their term of temporary stay in the Azerbaijan Republic by the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic or foreigners or persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Azerbaijan Republic who invited them to the Azerbaijan Republic and provided them living space,

- attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three hundred to four hundred manats.

339.3. Violation of the statutory rules of document creation providing to foreigners or stateless persons the right of stay or accommodation in the Azerbaijan Republic, their registration and removal from registration by officials of the companies, organizations or the organizations accepting the foreigners or persons without citizenship in the Azerbaijan Republic providing their servicing or employment and which are carrying out obligations in connection with observance of conditions of their stay, residence in the Azerbaijan Republic or journey transit through the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of three hundred to five hundred manats.".

3. add with Article 340-1 of the following content:

"Article 340-1. Violation of procedure for attraction to work of foreigners and persons without citizenship

Involvement by the employer of the foreigner or stateless person to work without receipt of individual permission with violation of requirements of the legislation

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from three thousand to five thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from thirty thousand to thirty five thousand manats.".
