1.1. add with Item 336-1 of the following content:

"Article 336-1. Unlawful taking of things at physical persons and legal entities in sea and river ports (moorings), at railway stations, bus stations (bus stations), at the airports and other check points of frontier

336-1.1. Unlawful taking without creation of the protocol of things of physical persons and legal entities, import or transportation of which is prohibited by the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, or on import or transportation of which special permission is required or restriction, officials of customs authorities in sea and river ports (moorings), at railway stations, bus stations (bus stations), at the airports and other check points of frontier is imposed

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from three thousand to four thousand manats.

336-1.2. Unlawful taking of things of physical persons and legal entities, import or transportation of which it is resolved by the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, or on import or transportation of which special permission is not required or restriction, officials of customs authorities in sea and river ports (moorings), at railway stations, bus stations (bus stations), at the airports and other check points of frontier is not imposed

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from four thousand to five thousand manats.".
