The goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or customs procedure of free warehouse (further - end products) are considered subjected to sufficient conversion if the percentage cost portion of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or customs procedure of free warehouse and used in case of production of end products does not exceed 50 (fifty) percent in the price of such end products, except for the case specified in item 4 of this Procedure.
