About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, registration, execution of contracts between producers of agricultural products and the procurement, servicing organizations, and also monitoring of their execution

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the conclusion, registration and execution of contracts between producers of agricultural products and the procurement, servicing Cabinet of Ministers organizations decides:

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, registration, execution of contracts between producers of agricultural products and the procurement, servicing organizations, and also monitoring of their execution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 4, 2003 N 383 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 9, the Art. 81), according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, registration, execution of contracts between producers of agricultural products and the procurement, servicing organizations and also monitoring of their execution

1. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Khokimiyats of areas (cities) within the powers coordinate work on the conclusion and execution of contracts for the state needs between farms and the procurement, servicing organizations".

2. The tenth Item 10 to replace the paragraph with paragraphs desyatymdvenadtsaty the following content:

"In agreements of contracting on purchase of agricultural products for the state needs are also specified:

grade and quantity of the purchased for the state needs and being at the command products of farms;
