The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the Belarusian Side on introduction from March 16, 2011 to September 16, 2011 of temporary ban on export from the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the following agricultural goods:
seeds of flax, crushed or not crushed (FEACN CU code 1204 00);
colza seeds, or colza, crushed or not crushed (code 1205 FEACN CU);
oils rape (from colza, or colza) or mustard and their fractions which are not refined or refined, but without change of chemical composition (code 1514 FEACN CU).
2. Ask the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation to consider question of introduction of temporary ban on export of the agricultural products specified in Item 1 of this Decision on single customs area of the Customs union.
