1. Take into consideration information of the Kazakhstan Side on introduction for the period from May 7, 2011 to July 1, 2011 of temporary ban on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan: – light distillates and products (FEACN CU code 2710 11), except special gasolines (FEACN CU codes 2710 11 210 0 - 2710 11 250 0); – kerosene (FEACN CU codes 2710 19 210 0 - 2710 19 250 0); – gasoils (FEACN CU codes 2710 19 410 0 - 2710 19 490 0).
2. Ask the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to consider question of introduction of measure, the similar stipulated in Item 1 this Decision, on customs area of the Customs union.
