Article 1

The parties taking into account financial opportunities of the states will consider question of increase in the sizes of pensions to participants, disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, to parents and widows (widowers) of the died soldiers, persons awarded with awards and medals of the former USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War who were not entering repeated scrap.

Article 2

Each of the Parties recognizes reasonable according to the national legal system to provide to the participants of the Great Patriotic War who reached 70-year age, privilege, stipulated by the legislation the former USSR for disabled people of the Great Patriotic War of the third group.

Article 3
