Take into consideration information of the Kazakhstan Side on introduction since July 1, 2011 of temporary ban for a period of six months on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of light distillates and products (the FEACN CU code 2710 11), kerosene (the FEACN CU code 2710 19 210 0 - 2710 19 250 0) and gasoils (the FEACN CU code 2710 19 410 0 - 2710 19 490 0), except special gasolines (FEACN CU code 2710 11 210 0 - 2710 11 250 0) and oven fuel.
2. Ask the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to consider question of introduction of temporary ban on export of the oil products specified in Item 1 of this Decision on single customs area of the Customs union.
