About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196

1. Bring in the Charter of rail transport public approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 67, 5/1506; 2007, No. 235, 5/25818; 2008, No. 157, 5/27899; 2009, No. 94, 5/29582), following changes:

1.1. in Item 110 part two:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures of "0,1" with figures of "0,12";

in paragraph three to replace figure "5" with figure "6";

1.2. the second Item 124 to state part in the following edition:

"For delay of cars of the railroad 24 hours and from above at consignors, consignees under loading, unloading, and also on stations of origin, appointments and along the line for the reasons depending on the consignor, the consignee except as specified of delay of cars customs or other representatives on that state bodies, the consignor, consignee are paid to the organizations of the Belarusian railroad penalty in the amount of:

6 basic sizes for the car in 24 hours;

0,3 of basic size for the car in hour in addition to accrued penalty in 24 hours in each next hour over 24 hours till 36 o'clock;

0,9 of basic size for the car in hour in addition to accrued penalty in 36 hours in each next hour over 36 hours till 48 o'clock;

1,2 of basic size for the car in hour in addition to accrued penalty in 48 hours in each next hour over 48 hours.".

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
