About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2011 No. 65
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2011 No. 495 "About approval of inventories (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Item 17 of the Instruction on procedure for establishment and use of selling prices on socially important goods approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2011 No. 65 "About the prices of socially important goods and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 59, 8/23653), to state in the following edition:
"17. When forming selling prices on the meat semifinished products realized in the markets and fairs by the agricultural organizations, farmer (country) farms, the meat-processing organizations which are engaged in production of the cattle and (or) meat, and the organizations of consumer cooperation, marginal maximum selling prices on meat (beef, pork) established by subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution which approved this Instruction are not applied.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
