Approve the enclosed Regulations on compensation by customs authorities of expenses (costs) incurred by person in connection with storage of goods concerning which during conducting customs inspection violation of the customs legislation of the Customs union within EurAsEC and (or) the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs affairs is not established.
2. Determine that financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the Federal Customs Service on functioning of bodies in the field of homeland security, law-enforcement activities and defense.
3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
