Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Basic provisions of forming and state regulation of the gas prices and rates for services in its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2000 N 1021 (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 2, Art. 175; 2006, N 50, Art. 5354; 2007, N 23, Art. 2798; 2010, N 49, Art. 6520; 2011, N 8, Art. 1109):

a) in Item 2:

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"retail price on gas" - gas price, implemented to the population for satisfaction of the personal, family, house and other needs (except gas for gas station of vehicles) which are not connected with implementation of business (professional) activity;";

after the paragraph of the twelfth to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"population" - for the purposes of these Basic provisions belong to this category:

physical persons (citizens) are owners (employers) of premises;

persons acquiring gas including contractors of utilities, for its use in boiler rooms of all types and (or) other equipment for production of electrical and (or) heat energy for the purpose of satisfaction of domestic needs of residents of the apartment houses which are in common ownership of owners of rooms in the specified apartment houses;
