1. Bring in the Regulations on certification and certification of crew personnel of the courts operated on inland waterways of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2001 No. 16 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 81, 8/6472; 2007, No. 261, 8/17277; 2008, No. 70, 8/18372; 2009, No. 211, 8/21373) following changes:
1.1. in Item 2 of the word "vocational education" shall be replaced with words "general secondary education";
1.2. in Item 14:
1.2.1. in the paragraph the second the words "the highest or average special educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "organizations of the higher or secondary vocational education";
1.2.2. to exclude the word "averages" from the paragraph of third;
1.2.3. in paragraph four the word of "school" shall be replaced with words "organizations of general secondary education";
1.3. in paragraph one of Item 17 of the word "the highest or average special educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "organizations of the higher or secondary vocational education";
