About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 97
Based on the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education and subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2000 No. 1331, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

Bring in the Instruction about procedure and criteria of determination of group and the reason of disability, the list of the medical indications granting the right to social pension on handicapped children aged up to 18 years, and extents of loss of their health approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 97 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 274, 8/17387), the following changes:
1.1. in paragraph six of part three of Item 41 of the word of "special facility of education" shall be replaced with words "organizations of vocational education";
1.2. in the paragraph the twelfth parts two of Item 42 of the word to "patient", "professional work" to replace respectively with words to "patient", "professional activity";
1.3. state Item 43 in the following edition:
"43. Capability to training - capability to mastering knowledge, skills, development of creative capabilities.
