Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of permissions of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus for telecommunication of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1401 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 236, 5/28423; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736; No. 158, 5/30024; 2010, No. 162, 5/32126; No. 301, 5/32971), following amendments and changes:
