Regarding 3rd article 12 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About executive officials" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 18; 2001, No. 11, Article 687, No. 12, Article 731; 2003, No. 1, Article 23, 2004, No. 2, Article 57, No. 3, Article 133; 2006, No. 11, Article 928; 2007, No. 1, Article 4, No. 7, Article 712; 2010, No. 7, Article 591) of the word "Execution of Judgments" shall be replaced with words "Execution".
