In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mortgage" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 6, Article 461; 2007, No. 5, Article 436, No. 11, Article 1053; 2008, No. 5, Article 348; 2009, No. 12, Article 948) to make the following changes:
1. in Articles 41.2 and 47.2 of the word "legal executive" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "the executive official".
2. in Article 41.3 of the word "Execution of Judgments" shall be replaced with words "Execution".
3. in Article 47.2 of the word of "legal executives" shall be replaced with words "executive officials".
