1. in Article 1179.2 of the word "local government body" shall be replaced with words "relevant organs of the executive authority".

2. in Article 1187:

2.1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Transfer of the will in the deposit";

2.2. state Article 1187.1 in the following edition:

"1187.1. The testator can seal with own hand written and signed will in envelope and in the presence of three persons to transfer him to the notary or officials of consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic. Presence there of these persons is determined by their signatures on envelope witnessed in notarial procedure (form).";

2.3. in the text of Article 1187.2 of the word of "other corresponding official" shall be replaced with words "consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic".
