1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on approval of the existing legal acts of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About operational search activities" of March 4, 2011 No. 77-IVQD;
1.2. provide approval of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies of the specified Law and report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
