About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002 No. 772 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration, acceptance and approval of regulatory legal acts of executive bodies"
Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, For the purpose of reduction of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002 No. 772 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration, acceptance and approval of regulatory legal acts of executive bodies" in compliance with the Constitutional Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 21, 2010 No. 21-IVKQ, I decide:
1. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002 No. 772 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for consideration, acceptance and approval of regulatory legal acts of executive bodies" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 8, Article 492; 2007, No. 11, Article 1103):
1.1. in the name and regarding 1 Decree of the word "considerations, acceptances and approvals of acts" shall be replaced with words "preparation and adoption of acts";
1.2. approve in the new edition approved by this Decree "Regulations on Procedure for Consideration, Acceptance and Approval of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies" it (is applied).
2. For the purpose of ensuring transparency of rule-making activities and carrying out of regulatory legal acts for open discussion (public or professional) to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the central executive bodies placement of projects of the regulatory legal acts developed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the central executive bodies on the portal of the electronic government from the moment of sending for approval.
